The goal was to modernize and digitize the booking experience, simplify driver and client interactions, and improve overall operational efficiency. The MVP was developed to validate the market and automate the booking flow from inquiry to ride completion.

Software Engineer – Full Stack Development

I was responsible for developing the entire MVP — from frontend to backend — ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and user-centric design. I worked closely with the operations and business teams to translate real-world transport workflows into digital experiences.

Beyond development, I designed the overall MVP architecture, deployed it to production, and continue to align with the client on feature upgrades and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
